Theme-Lynx ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.

Data we collect

  • Email address — for order confirmation, download links, and optional newsletter
  • Payment data — processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers
  • Order history — products purchased, amounts, and payment status
  • Download analytics — anonymized IP hash (not raw IP), country/region, truncated user agent, and referer domain
  • Session data — cart contents and recently viewed products (essential cookies)

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling orders), for legitimate interests (fraud prevention, analytics), and with consent where required (newsletter, optional analytics cookies).

Cookies

We use essential session cookies for checkout and cart functionality. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them via our cookie banner.

Payments and Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe may collect identifying information about you — including device and browser details, cookies or similar technologies, IP address, and other data used to detect fraud and complete the transaction — as described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

When you check out, we share with Stripe the information needed to process your payment, typically including your email address, order amount and currency, line-item descriptions, and a unique order reference. Card numbers and sensitive payment credentials are entered on Stripe’s pages (or Stripe Elements) and are not stored on our servers.

International transfers

Our service providers (including Stripe and our email/SMTP provider) may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by those providers.

Data retention

Order records are kept for accounting and support purposes. Download event logs use hashed identifiers and are retained for analytics. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

  • Email provider — transactional email delivery (configured via your SMTP settings)

Your rights
