By purchasing from Theme-Lynx you agree to these terms.

Digital goods

All products sold on this marketplace are digital downloads (HTML templates, developer packs, and related files). No physical goods are shipped. Access is provided via secure download link after successful payment.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service where applicable. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Successful payment is required before download access is granted (except where local development mode simulates payment for testing).

License

Each purchase grants a single-project license unless otherwise stated on the product page. You may use the files to build websites and applications for yourself or a client. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of source files as a competing product or template is prohibited.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

If you cannot access your download or believe the files materially differ from the product description, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue (including re-sending your link or correcting file access).

Support

Post-purchase support covers download access and file delivery issues. We do not provide custom development, hosting, or ongoing maintenance unless separately agreed. See our Support page for FAQs.

Limitation of liability

Templates are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of purchased files. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
